Terms & Conditions

1:1 Assessment Session: This offer is open to players who are new to TCA as an assessment session before being invited to the academy.

​

1:1 coaching sessions: Each Elite Performance Academy player is entitled to three one hour 1:1 coaching sessions, these can be booked at a time suitable to you and your assigned coach. Further 1:1 sessions can be booked with a 10% discount. These must be used and discounted sessions will only be valid before the end of the 2025 season (September 30th). Group training day and course: Squads are assigned based on age and ability level, players may be moved up during the course. See below for dates and times.

Matches: Matches are planned in advance with pre-set dates. Every effort is made to make sure the games go ahead, however we cannot guarantee these as they are weather dependant. In the case of poor weather, we have the indoor centre reserved for further training and indoor match play!

In addition, Elite Performance Academy players will also have priority selection for additional TCA games v overseas touring teams.

Fitness Testing and Online Programme: In addition to the in person fitness training and testing, players will be given an online strength and conditioning programme to be completed in their own time.​

​

Elite Performance Academy clothing: The Academy training kit is available to purchase online at cost price. Click here to order, deadline for ordering is 1st December to guarantee delivery for start of group sessions. 

​

Ludimos Online Platform: Basic package included to all EPA players with discounted option of upgrading to intermediate package.

Payment Information:

One off payment £695

monthly payment options

12 x £65 monthly payments

8 x £90 monthly payments

Matches (£15 per day) and EPA training kit are the only additional costs to the programme.

Funded & Part Funded Scholarship places available via the TCA Foundation Scholarship Fund

Cancellation Policy:

The first £100 of payments will be classed as a non-refundable deposit.

The following applies to anything paid over £100, start date being 1st February 2025.

2 weeks notice or more - full refund

Under 2 weeks notice - 50% refund

Under 1 weeks notice - No refund

If purchasing the monthly plan, the customer is committing to paying the full term of the plan.

Missing Sessions: If an Academy player misses a group session due to representing TCA at Indoor Cricket or attending a TCA overseas tour, they will receive 1:1 coaching credit to equivalent value. ​

2025 Dates: 

​

All EPA matches are 9am meet, hours of play 10am-5pm unless otherwise advised. Players will need to book/pay in advance and places will be issued on first come first serve basis.
